The Human Resources department supports the entire Tribal Gaming Agency in a variety of areas. These areas would include; full-circle recruitment, employee relations, training and development, personnel management, leave management, HR/Agency metrics, policy creation and benefits administration (to a limited degree). We know we are more than just a casino; we are an entertainment destination. And sometimes it’s about more than gaming, it’s about an escape. With that in mind, we created a number of areas in the new Center Bar where you can slip away and enjoy a drink and some quiet conversation.

Muckleshoot Casino exercises Indian Preference in hiring practices. Pre-employment drug testing is required. Team members must obtain and maintain a Muckleshoot Indian Commission Gaming License.

The Human Resources department is located on the second floor of the west side of the casino. For parking, turn north from Auburn Way South onto Muckleshoot Plaza (the intersection of Muckleshoot Bingo). Park in one of the designated stalls in the surface lot next to the casino. Enter through the Security entrance and follow the hall upstairs.
