Although there are no horse tracks within South Miami, there is one close by you definitely want to check out: Hialeah Park Racing & Casino. Hialeah Park offers everything you can wish for when it comes to gambling! Hialeah Park has been around for over 90 years, and is set within 200 acres of lush landscape, verdant gardens, and a 16th Century French Mediterranean architecture that makes it be commonly known as “The World’s Most Beautiful Race Course”. Distinguished by their Audubon Bird Sanctuary with Flamingos on site and being listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Hialeah Park remains iconic and rich in tradition. In 2013 they added a Casino to the place, with 882 slot machines and the most elegant poker room in South Florida with 33 tables. Hialeah Park Racing & Casino is five minutes away from Miami International Airport, and 10 minutes from South Beach and Downtown Miami.

A casino, an indoor pool, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby are also featured at the eco-friendly South Beach Casino & Resort. Valet parking is free. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 3.5-star Scanterbury hotel. South Beach Casino & Resort is sharing a COVID-19 Update. October 31 Effective November 1, at 2:30 PM: Due to the COVID-19 Health Order, South Beach Casino & Resort is Temporarily Closed (including the restaurant/take-out, hotel, and casino).

Located only 30 minutes north of Winnipeg on Highway 59 (near the shores of Lake Winnipeg) South Beach Casino & Resort is the perfect location for planning a meeting, a conference, a special event, or even a social function. Casino Cruises
Until a few years ago there used to be Casino Cruises, but they have disappeared or moved elsewhere (Cape Canaveral for example). Small scale attempts of such cruises come and go every year as operations don’t seem to be as lucrative as entrepreneurs seem to think, but you may want to ask around when visiting. Casino Beach Bar and Grille is a contemporary beach bar located at the beginning of Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier and is right on the beach. They've also placed in the Top 10 during the 2017 through 2019 Best Florida Beach Bar contests.
The owners of this bar also started the famous 'World of Beer' chain. The beer is great but also try the Rumplewacker, made with Rumple and Bushwacker. The shots at this Florida beach bar are chilled to 5 degrees. Now that is refreshing. They also have Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 pm.
